This issue can be worked around by modifying the <WPS_Install_Lo
After the Post migration task has completed, or when changing the Portal context root a second time, errors can occur on Portal start. This is due to a hard coded context root for webdav (wps). Since this hard coded value is present, you can not successfully modify the context root of Portal after a migration or migrate successfully after a successful context root change. This APAR resolves this behavior.
