Error description

• When performing IBM Rational ClearCase operations on Unix hosts
  where the local usernames are in mixed case, licenses based on
  IBM Rational Common Licensing may be held for unexpectedly long
  times.
  
  To work around the issue, create an  options file on the license
  server and add the following lines:
  TIMEOUT ClearCase 1800
  TIMEOUT MultiSite 1800
