  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a EXEC CPSM REFRESH command is     *
  *                      issued against an EVCSPEC, HTASK,       *
  *                      OSGIBUND, OSGISERV or SYSPARM resource  *
  *                      table, an invalid error will be         *
  *                      returned.                               *
  *                                                              *
  *                      For HTASK, a RESPONSE of FAILED and a   *
  *                      REASON of EXCEPTION is returned.  For   *
  *                      the other tables, a RESPONSE of         *
  *                      TABLEERROR and a REASON of DATAERROR is *
  *                      returned.                               *
  *                                                              *
  *                      As the REFRESH command is not supported *
  *                      for these resource tables, the correct  *
  *                      response should be a RESPONSE of        *
  *                      NOTAVAILABLE and a REASON of RESOURCE.  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF that resolves this    *
  *                 APAR, all CMASes must be restarted.  Note    *
  *                 that the restarts do not need to occur at    *
  *                 the same time.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  When an EXEC CPSM REFRESH command is issued against an EVCSPEC,
  HTASK, OSGIBUND, OSGISERV or SYSPARM resource table, method
  EYU0NQHT (NQHT - HTASK) or method EYU0NQGR (NQGR - the other
  tables) is run in all MASes in the SCOPE of the request
  specifying a NAMELIST. The affected resource tables are browse
  only resources and cannot be directly INQUIREed upon. As
  NAMELIST processing requires a direct INQUIRE of a specific
  named resource these resources do not support it.
  
  NQHT currently returns a RESPONSE of FAILED and a REASON of
  EXCEPTION, while NQGR currently returns a RESPONSE of TABLEERROR
  and a REASON of DATAERROR.
  

Problem conclusion

• Methods NQHT and NQGR have been updated to return "NAMELIST not
  supported" for these tables.  Method EYU0MOFB (MOFB) has been
  updated to transform this to the appropriate API response of a
  RESPONSE of NOTAVAILABLE and a REASON of RESOURCE.
  
  AUX trace formatter modules EYU9DBG1 and EYU9XMAL have been
  updated to correctly display the NAMELIST not supported REASON
  code.
