  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  During a rolling migration of WebSphere eXtreme Scale,
  a catalog server fails to start and join the other catalog
  servers in the catalog service domain. A DataFormatException
  excepion is in the catalog server JVM logs.  This message
  might be
  in
  a
  CWOBJ1510 message or in the first failure data capture
  (FFDC)
  log files.
  An example error message in the JVM logs follows:

Problem conclusion

• The APAR fixes the communication problem between the catalog
  servers. To work around this issue, restart the catalog servers
  together
  after migration.
