PM79133: APPLY SERVER NEEDS TO BE RECYCLED AFTER DELETING UNUSED SUBSCRIPTIONS.

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After deleting unused subscriptions in Classic Data Archtect
  (CDA), a sub failed and would not restart.  The server had to
  be recycyled to restart the sub.

Problem conclusion

• The code was using a wrong key when deleting a subscription and
  this caused the problem. The code has been changed to use the
  proper key when deleting a subscription.
