  The next segment allocation entry point logic for LOAD/REORG
  utility, initialized a pointer to an internal insert
  parameter list to zeroes. DB2 then inadvertently
  attempted to update a flag in the parameter list, resulting in
  the 0C4 abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 code has been changed to properly access said parameter
  list.
