Using mod_disk_cache on a Microsoft Windows operating system
may result in the error message: '(OS 5) Access is denied:
disk_cache: Rename tempfile to datafile failed'.

File access errors may occur if using the mod_disk_cache

Problem conclusion

The code was modified to prevent the access conflicts.

This fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fix packs:

 - 8.5.0.2
