Error description

• Description:
  With the IBM Rational ClearTeam Explorer (CTE) plugin installed
  to an Eclipse instance the Progress indicator icon will linger
  after a build has completed.  The Console window will show the
  build has completed, yet the icon shows that there is still
  processing occurring.
  
  This can range in times between just a second or two to as many
  as forty seconds.  This can occur even when not connected to a
  IBM Rational ClearCase Remote Client (CCRC) WAN Server.  It
  should not cause any problems with the code and is seen as an
  inconvenience.
  
  Workaround:
  None at this time.  Once the icon has completed normal work can
  be continued.
