• When you start client Java virtual machines that bundle
  WebSphere eXtreme Scale client libraries, duplicate
  performance monitoring infrastructure (PMI) module
  registration errors occur during application startup.

  PMI is registered to WebSphere Application Server, which
  causes the error to occur. This will not effect PMI behavior.
  

Problem conclusion

• Verification is done to determine whether you have already
  registered the PMI module for eXtreme Scale, so that
  registration happens only once.
