Error description
Customer is using time validator compare start time and end time. When Timestamp is selected from Eclipse UI, it would show DD/MM/YYYY 12:00, however if timestamp is selected from Web UI, it would show DD/MM/YYYY with different time (depending on timezone) Customer's Use case - From Eclipse client : Default time is set to 12PM when date is selected - From Web Client : Default time is set to 9PM when date is selected Related to jazz.net Defect 244014
