Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: CICS events for EXEC CICS LINKs issued  *
  *                      by DFHMIRS are incorrectly inhibited.   *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  Currently CICS inhibits capture of all events which originate
  in the DFH programs except sample programs (DFH0* or DFH$*) or
  DFHW2FI, DHW2TS, DFHMEBP0, DFHMQBP3 or DFHECID.
  This prevents users from capturing CICS events for incoming DPL
  requests as the LINK is issued in DFHMIRS.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHECEC has been changed to allow LINK events originating
  in DFHMIRS or DFHMIRR to be captured.
  

Temporary fix

• FIX AVAILABLE BY PTF ONLY
