Error description

RAA 6.0.0.10 scanning a particular COBOL file assigns a type
of Assembler included source to the file, instead of assigning
a type of COBOL.

Local fix

Problem summary

RAA's proprietary classification scanner attempts to decide
what Language a file is based on a combination of format,
reserved-words and semantics.  It mistook COBOL files,
especially small ones, as Assembler.

Problem conclusion

The heuristics now include making sure that small files that
are not BMS, DBD, or PSB files are well-formed Assembler (have
at least one assembler label) before classifying them as such.
