Error description
With RMF installed, with a large group list (5000 groups) the time taken to open the Manage Users dialog changed from ~5 seoncds to ~10 minutes. The problem is the presence of an overloaded perm in lib\dxl\addins\irdrmfao\startup\users.inc : 'Group findByID(string)'.
