  Attempts to run a XML imported custom Explorer Relationship
  Report result in Error: No qualifying relationships found.
  The error can occur when you run the XML imported custom
  Explorer Relationship Report on a diagram.  Note:
  You had attempted to include in the XML file, the diagram,
  related definitions and the reports.
  Possible Causes:
  ------------------
  1.  The data being imported is corrupt.
  2.  The related definitions for the reports already exist but
  they were not written for the new diagram.
  Workarounds:
  ---------------
  1.  Re-generate the data and import again.
  2.  Export in CSV or XML format just the definitions for the
  Explorer Relationship Reports, then import again.
  In either workaround,  for the reports you may need to select
  the collision option to 'Delete all fields add new data'.

Problem conclusion

• There was observed in 11.4.2 where applying an Explorer
  Relationship Report does not draw the links as expected.
  RATLC02642412. This has been fixed in version 11.4.2.1. If the
  user is exporting the diagram and the relationship reports from
  version 11.4.2 and importing them into 11.4.2.1, the
  relationship reports may fail because of this issue.
  XML Exporting from 11.4.2.1 the diagrams, and the explorer
  relationship report definitions and importing into 11.4.2.1,
  the explorer relationship reports will work on the diagram
  without error. It is important to note that when doing the
  XML Export, one must select the actual diagrams, and
  definitions to export. The user can't just select the
  diagram or definition type headers, as this will not export
  anything. It would seem as if the user just exported the
  diagrams, and the subordinate definitions of the diagrams,
  and did not also export the explorer relationship report
  definitions, hence on XML import, the explorer relationship
  reports were not found.
  

Temporary fix

Comments

• Not reproduced in 11.4.2.1. A defect has been fixed, so the
  explorer relationship reports will draw the links on the
  diagram. In addition, it would also seem as if there was
  some user error, where the user was not actually XML
  exporting the explorer relationship report definitions,
  hence on import, they were not found.
