PM78355: Dataport API lock/unlock does not work in Rational Statemate

Rational Statemate Fix Pack 7 (4.6.1.7) for 4.6.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• STM lock/unlock uses the WA path given in the pm.dat.
  Dataport lock/unlock uses the path given in the stm_init_uad
  function.
  This results in follow-up errors with the lock/unlock mechanism.
  In a  sample a chart locked by a dataport program fails to
  unlock from STM.
  Because of an uppercase letter in the WA path in the dataport
  program a lock file with this path is created, and it cannot be
  unlocked from STM any more.
