PM78340: Users in CATI have the blue play button become grayed out while connected to a call preventing the ability to start an interview

Error description

  • Some times when running CATI interviews in Phone Participants,
    interviewers will suddenly have an issue where the blue play
    button is no longer available to them to start interviews for
    sample records they receive and which they are currently
    connected.  The blue button is visible on the screen, but it is
    grayed out and not accessible for them to click on it.

  • This issue will be addressed in the next Fix Pack. Please refer
