APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Using the API funchion of branch copy with copy options to set
new authors and owners. If your item is solely relying on the
virtual user principals of [author] or [owner] to give the new
authors or owners access, a non admin user who is set as the
author or owner with the copy options will not have access to
the items from the branch copy.

Local fix

  • Update the pac nodes on the newly copied items

Problem summary
