• Abend0C4 may occur when using the ICA (InterCompilationAnalyzer)
  option of the Fortran compiler.

  When compiling with the ICA option, the compiler may not detect
  the end-of-chain when processing TXXT records. This can lead to
  an Abend0C4.
  

Problem conclusion

• The VS Fortran compiler has been changed so that it properly
  detects the end-of-chain when processing TXXT records.
