APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Using OPT(FULL) and THREAD option the compiler loops on
  statement that contains RANDOM.
  
  
  With NOOPT the following compiler messages are received:
  
  IGYAS5125-U   The compilation was terminated due to a compiler
  error in phase id:  "IGYCASM1".
  
  IGYAS5100-U   A register resolution failure occurred.

• Compile with NOTHREAD

  When compiling with the THREAD compiler option, the code to call
  the internal lock/unlock for FUNCTION RANDOM was incorrect.
  

Problem conclusion

• The COBOL compiler is changed to correctly call the internal
  LOCK/RELEASE.
