  Pushing changes from the Rational Automation Framework
  Eclipse Client's configuration workspace to the framework
  server results in the following error message:
  
  User root does not have access to fetch file information
  

Problem conclusion

• The Rational Automation Framework Eclipse Client's file
  service now scrubs all slashes into forward-slashes before
  attempting to create a URI object.  Previously, the fat that
  pathes had backslashes in their path were causing the error.
   Spaces in file names are now handled correctly as well.
