Error description

• v510 OMPE customer reports that after applying the following DB2
  APARs for BIF_COMPATIBILITY, the  PE RECTRACE report needs to
  display the Incompatible function type that is found in IFCID
  366 which is defined in the QW0366FN field.

  VARCHAR(DECIMAL), CAST (DECIMAL AS CHAR), CAST(DECIMAL
  AS VARCHAR.

  THE INCOMPATIBLE FUNCTION TYPE CAN BE DETERMINED BY CHECKING THE
  QW0366FN FIELD FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  1 - is Char(decimal)
  2 - is Cast(Decimal as Char)
  3 - is Timestamp Format error
