Error description

  • Rational Developer for System z - RDz - v8.0.1
    1) From the RDz client, a user opens a file for edit, makes
changes, and leaves open but doesn't save.
    2) On the server side, an action results in changes being made
to the file (e.g., a batch job will ignore the ISPF ENQ lock
that RDz places on the file).
    3) Back on the RDz client, the user then attempts to save the
    file.

    The following occurs:
         RSEF1002 error dialog box appears:
         (X) Operation failed. File system input or output error
                                                   [OK] [Details??]
    clicking on [Details??] shows:
Message reported from file system: The file '{0}' has
changed on the remote system since it was opened.

This error dialog box overlays a Save Failure Warning dialog box
/!\ CRRZI9505W The file cannot be saved on the host system.

A backup copy has been created locally. You will be
prompted to restore from this backup file the next time

you open the remote file. [OK]

The one real problem here is the content of the details
information from the RSEF1002. The insert '{0}' is incorrect,
    and
    the wording could be improved.
