PM77828: FROMNUMBER FUNCTION MAY ROUND THE OUTPUT NUMBER WHEN USING A USER SPECIFIC DECIMAL FORMAT STRING

The FROMNUMBER function may round the output number when using a user specific decimal format string. For example, the FROMNUMBER function may round the "999.99" value to "1000,00" instead of the expected "999,99" value.
