  • The FROMNUMBER function may round the output number when using a
user specific decimal format string.

For example, the FROMNUMBER function may round the "999.99"
value to "1000,00" instead of the expected "999,99" value.

Problem Description:
Incorrect output with user-specified number format strings.

Problem conclusion

  • We were not ensuring that the format string was NULL-terminated
when we sent it to the format string conversion function.

8.3.0.6, 8.4.0.4
