  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: QMF can receive an ABENDS0C4 or         *
  *                      ABENDS0C1 and other cascading           *
  *                      abends if a form is used with           *
  *                      FORM.CALC data in which CALC ID         *
  *                      numbers are greater than the number     *
  *                      of columns in the form.                 *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  A logic error in QMF form processing assigned a too-high
  index number to a search into an array that contains form
  column information.  The too-high index number caused QMF to
  access storage beyond the array and cause an ABENDS0C4 if the
  storage was protected.
  

Problem conclusion

• The logic that obtained an invalid index value has been
  corrected.
