  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The 4.1 and earlier SQL preprocessors   *
  *                      would allow EXEC SQL INCLUDE SQLDA at   *
  *                      the PACKAGE level, but it also          *
  *                      generated a DO; and END; statement to   *
  *                      enclose them which meant the include    *
  *                      "worked" only if the macro preprocessor *
  *                      was used to suppress these statements.  *
  *                      The 4.2 and later preprocessors did not *
  *                      allow it period.                        *

Problem conclusion

• The 4.2 and later SQL preprocessors will now allow the INCLUDE
  SQLDA at the PACKAGE level (without any DO; or END; around it,
  too). The documentation will reflect that this is legal in the
  next release.
