  Description:
  -----------
  With a user defined dynamic view of the explorer for the context
  menu on a definition, the copy option is greyed out.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  ------------------
  Firstly, notice in All View right click on a definition you have
  a copy option available.
  You can just use the My Views in the Explorer and create a
  Dynamic View there.
  In your dynamic View do the same and notice copy option is
  disabled (greyed out).
  
  If you need detailed steps you can also try this:
  1) create a new dynamic view report called test
  2) select to report on all definitions
  3) create a new explorer pane called test
  4) click on the icon / select you test pane
  5) click the create a new dynamic or static view button
  6) name test
  7) select dynamic, OK it.
  8) select the dynamic view tab
  9) add your report (from #2 above), ok it.
  10) expand the test folder, Action
  11) right click on 'Enable: manual operation'
  ==? Notice the copy option is disabled.
  
  Workaround:
  ----------
  Go back to the all view you can select your definition there to
  copy.  It should now be available in your dynamic view.  You may
  have to refresh the explorer to see it.
