  *                 IOPCB msg region hang after ++APAR           *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: IMS IOPCB msg region hang after ++APAR  *
  *                      PM61047.                                *

  * FIX DESCRIPTION:     ++APAR PM61047 requires the rerunning  *
  *                      of AGGRLINK to properly move AGGRRC00  *
  *                      into place with IMS module DFSRRC00    *
  *                      Logic in AGGRRC01 was modified to now  *
  *                      test for the appropriate functioning of*
  *                      AGGRRC00 #000004 (PM61047) or later.   *
  *                      If proper functioning is not found,    *
  *                      then AGGRRC01 will issue this operator *
  *                      message:                               *
  *                                                             *
  *                      PLEASE RERUN AGGRLINK,                 *
  *                      THEN STOP+RESTART IMS.                 *
  *                                                             *
  *                      Which should be followed when found,   *
  *                      and if still emitted afterwards, should*
  *                      be investigated to see if AGGRRC00 is  *
  *                      actually being replaced in the correct *
  *                      dataset for use in all IMS msg regions.*

  *                      Additional logic was added to AGGRRC01 *
  *                      to write additional initialization     *
  *                      progress logging messages, in case     *
  *                      AGGRRC01 initialization still hangs,   *
  *                      or otherwise fails.                    *
