Error description

  Description:
  -----------
  With a large explorer Diagram Do a 'File-?Save Diagram As'
  causes a hang.
  
  Notice that after a short while it appears the diagram has saved
  but try some of the menus (e.g. File-?Exit) or try to drop a new
  symbol onto the diagram - Notice that neither works whether you
  try add a new symbol or try menu first.
  
  Moving the mouse around you see the timer is still going. It
  appears System Architect is hung.  A hard crash could also be
  observed.
  
  
  Workaround:
  ----------
  To stop the hang, use Microsoft Windows Task Manager (R) and End
  System Architect and any Sa2001.exe process.  Then restart
  System Architect.
  
  Instead of Diagram Save as do this:
  1) XML export the diagram
  2) Edit the xml file replacing both occurrences of the existing
  name with a new name.
  3) XML import the diagram
  =? New diagram is now created. Notice 'Save Diagram As' works
  for this.
