  Description of problem:
  
  During the import of a Rose model into RSA, some dependencies
  are not properly imported in UseCase diagrams.
  
  This happens only for dependencies that have the 'include' or
  the 'extend' stereotype, and that are targeting an actor which
  is defined in another package
  Please also note that for dependencies with the 'extend',
  'derive' or 'owner' stereotype, the issue doesn?t happen.

  There is no known workaround.
