PM77422: [wi 241539] RTC 4.0.0.1 - Reverting back to orignal value for readonly HTML attribute does not allow WI to be save

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer reported reverting back to original value after
  changing the value of  readonly HTML attribute does not allow WI
  to be saved.
  
  The main concern of customer which only occur on Web UI is;
  
  1. Create a custom attribute with Type = Large HTML (Testbox),
  then add to editor presentation (WI = task)
  2. Under Team configuration ? Operational Behavior ? Save Work
  Item (server) ? Read-only attribute for type and state ? WI task
  (in progress), select testbox ? Save
  3. Open a WI type Task ? Type 'abc' in Testbox attribute ? Save
  to change state to New
  4. User update Testbox attribute with value 'abcdef' ? Change
  state to Start working (in progress) ? Save
  5. As expected, an error message 'Attribute Testbox is not
  modifable' appear
  6. User adjust value of Testbox attribute so that original value
  'abc' is left ? Save
  
  Expected result
  Since the value of attribute 'Testbox' contains the value prior
  to change, it should allow user to save WI in Start working
  state
  
  Actual result
  Even the value is reverted back to the value prior to change, it
  does not allow user to save as WI in Start working state
  
  Deviation
  - The problem can be detected when attribute type is (HTML or
  time spent). Other attribute types are fine (work as expected)
  - After actual result, user decide to change value to Testbox
  attribute back to 'abc', then change state back to 'New' and
  save. The attribute will actually keep 'abcdef' in Testbox
  attribute.
