PM77324: Port link are not gen between parent class and it's parts

• Closed as Permanent restriction.

Error description

• Links between the ports on the internal parts are generated.
  However, ports on the parent class are setup but the links to
  the ports on the internal parts are not generated in the code.

Problem conclusion

• In this case, this is the expected behavior. The
  multiplicity of both sides of a link must be the same. The
  simple case of using a constant on both sides will also
  work, but when the parts have their own multiplicity, you
  must use numbers, not constants. You can submit an
  enhancement request to have this mechanism improved.
