PM77297: STAR JOIN DOESN'T DO "BOTH FILE CONTRIBUTE CASES" THOUGH UI IMPLIES IT DOES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When you elect to Match cases on key variables, the UI defaults
  to STAR JOIN where "Both files contribute cases."  But STAR JOIN
  can't do that and the results are as if you matched on key
  variables and chose "Non-Active dataset is keyed table".
  
  "Both files contribute cases" needs to stay greyed out UNLESS
  the user also checks "Cases are sorted in the order of the key
  variables". --- and MATCH FILES command.
  

Local fix

• Make sure both files are sorted in order by the key variables,
  then use this option in the UI.
  
  This issue will be addressed in the next Fix Pack. Please refer
