Error description

• Cz TSOC low performance of listing file and locating file on
  z/OS z1.11 and before when not using IBM-1047 server code page
  Precondition:
  z/OS level is on 1.11 or before
  
  Steps:
  Start TSOC
  Execute 1.1 select ED file, 1.2 authenticate, 1.3 select view ,
  1.4 select activity
  Execute 2.2 and select one PDS which includes more than 3000
  files to list
  
  Problem:
  Listing 3000+ files need more than 1+ minute
  locating one file in 'File List Panel' needs 20+ seconds
