PM77004: ANALYSIS STUDIO ATTRIBUTE FILTER - ATTRIBUTE DROPDOWN IS BLANK WHEN "DOWN A LEVEL"

Error description

• When "Down a Level" is used in Analysis Studio to expand all
  lower levels of a hierarchy, Attribute filters applied to this
  level are experiencing a bug that rneders them unmodifiable. An
  attribute filter?can be applied normally when one doesn't exist,
  but when an existing filter is opened, the Attribute dropdown
  box is blank and a new filter line can't be added. (see attached
  screenshots)??This is not restricted to a single cube, and
  occurs on all versions of IE i tested so doesn't appear to be a
  browser issue.
