  3. Randomic ISPF error working with WS panel

  *                      3. Randomic ISPF error working with     *

  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY THE PTF FIXING THIS APAR               *
  ****************************************************************
  This Apar address following problems:
  1. An abend 0C4 in the controller started task can happen
     during the REFRESH command when the HTTP tasks are not
     active.
  2. Message error EQQJ535E is issued during a variable
     substitution if there are fields defined like the following :
     %%TBEGMTDA or ??TENDMTDA.
  3. Working with WS panel EQQWWSEP, an ISPF error occurs randomly
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. The abend 0C4 has been fixed
  2. With this fix the behaviour for strings beginning
     with %% or ?? will be conformed to that of the strings
     beginning with &&, i.e. no variable substitution will be done
     and the strings will be left as they are.
     The documentation was changed in order to reflect
     this change. A documentation change was done also for
     variables that are after a SETVAR directive within a
     range of a NOSCAN directive
  3. The randomic ISPF error on EQQWWSEP panel has been fixed
