Error description

• DITTO's VU (Vsam Update) function fails on attemting to OPEN a
  KSDS file defined with SHAREOPTIONS=4 on zVSE 5.1.
  msgDIT3750I VSAM OPEN RC X'08', Error Code x'A0' is raised.

  The structure of an internal VSAM control block has changed
  under zVSE 5.1 resulting in DITTO not properly identifying
  a file defined with SHAREOPTIONSS=4.
  

Problem conclusion

• Ditto/ESA has been changed to allow for the new VSAM control
  block structure under zVSE 5.1.
