Error description
When Fault Analyser is shutdown following an error, LX indexes are consumed and not reusable. When the threshold of IEASYSxx is reached, some STCs can not start. An IPL is required to free them or to increase the threshold. Client setup for FA was in error and cause IDIS to abend. Automated restart software was in place, allowing IDIS to be restarted over and over again. But each time IDISS was started, a new LX is acquired and not released when the task abnormally ended. So, quickly all the LXs were in use and the customer had to re-IPL the system.
Local fix
Change the FA setup to prevent the IDIS abend.
