• MER Routing Field ApplicationInformation must be provided by
  DnqERQueueInputNode in the WMB message tree and persisted by
   the DnqERQueueOutputNode in the MER message table.

• Now, field Environment.ComIbmDni.Dnq.ER.ApplicationInformation
  can be used to pass general information; errors can be
  indicated within Root.MQRFH2.ComIbmdni.Dnq.Completion and will
  be displayed in MER message view.
