  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: REORG TABLESPACE DISCARD WHEN leaves    *
  *                      the base table space in ACHKP status    *
  *                      when the table contains a LOB column    *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply corrective PTF when available          *
  ****************************************************************
  REORG TABLESPACE DISCARD WHEN of a table containing a LOB
  column leaves the base table space in Auxillary CHecK Pending
  (ACHKP) and ends with RC4.  As the REORG will discard rows from
  the base table, it will not discard the associated LOB(s).  As
  these 'orphaned' LOBs do not hurt anything, ACHKP is too
  restrictive a state to place the base table in.
  

Problem conclusion

• REORG TABLESPACE DISCARD WHEN has been changed to not leave the
  base table space in ACHKP and not set RC4 because of this,
  although the REORG might still end with RC4 for other reason(s).
