  Please find a sample model attached where the behavior is
  observed.
  
  1) In the model, the 'Add New-?xxxPort' does not work for
  SWCprototypes within Hierarchy Browser - port not created after
  command selected. Right-click on ARpackage SoftwareDesign to
  open the H-Browser and navigate to the prototype then try to
  create a port?
  Find the screen shot(First.jpg) attached to show this behavior.
  
  2) The 'Add! New-?...' context menu entry missing on different
  levels for THE SAME ARTIFACT!!!
  Find the screen shots attached where the only difference between
  the two screenshots(Second.jpg and Third.jpg) is the hierarchy
  level where the browser window was created for the same SWC
  artifact 'AR_DefrostMgr'. Once 'Add New-?...' is available once
  not...
  
  Another behavior also observed - Open the H-browser for Atomic
  SWC?s for ARpackage SoftwareDesign for (2a) and for SWC
  AR_DefrostMgr for (2b).
  
  2a) ?Add New-??? context menu entry for AR_DefrostMgr available.
  Refer the screen shot(Second.jpg) for this.
  
  2b) NO ?Add New-??? context menu entry for AR_DefrostMgr
  Refer the screen shot(Third.jpg) for this.
  
  3) Hierarchy Browser does not seem to work in Eclipse at all.
  This although the context menu entry is available but sub-menu
  entries are grayed out. Checked under Eclipse 3.6.2 and 4.2 with
  CDT installed.
