  2. Open 'Process Configuration' tab
  3. Go to 'team Configuration' ? 'Permissions'
  4.  Expand 'Work Items' ? 'Save Work Item (Server)' ? 'Modify
  the work item'
       ??? There are two 'Modify the 'Precision' attribute'
  5.  Expand 'Work Items' ? 'Save Work Item (Server)' ? 'Trigger a
  workflow action'
       ??? There are two 'Assign (Project Change Requirement
  Workflow)'
  6. Expand 'Work Items' ? 'Save Work Item (Server)' ?  'Modify
  the work item' ? 'Modify the work item's links' ? 'Modify the
  work item's attachments' and
      uncheck 'Remove attachment' for all roles.
  7. Try to delete attachment from a work item.
