Rational Focal Point Fix Pack 3 (6.5.2.3) for 6.5.2

APAR status

• Closed as Permanent restriction.

Error description

• When Focal Point is configured to load balance, WSDL generates
  incorrect port and host.
  
  To workaround this, set the right url and port in the SOAP web
  service example and it will work.
