• Sometimes while trying to retrieve BIC Expansion through MER,
  the error DNQ9998E appears:
  DNQ9998E: Unable to retrieve information, HTTP error
  code[Timeout]
  Since the DNQ error ranges in the WBIFN Messages & Codes
  documents starts from DNQ B 0002 I and ends to DNQ C 1002 E,
  user can't find the relevant expression for DNQ9998E.
