  using Rational Business Developer Version 8.5.0 will result in
  getting the error message:
    Licensing Information,
  
     Plugin IBM Rational Compare and Merge Modeler
  
  (com.ibm.xtools.modeler.compare)
  
    has no valid license key to run.
  
  Steps to reproduce
  
  Go to Window-?Preferences-?Compare /Patch-? Modeling
  Compare/Merge -? UML Compare/Merge and you will get the error.
