PM76609: UNABLE TO RENDER A DEFAULT CONTENT SET TO THE TOP LEVEL SITEAREA AFTER CCF18 RENDER /LIBRARY/SITEAREA1/ YOU WILL GET A 404

 

APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • This is because the auth/pres mapping is not found and it is not
found because the pathlist has not been calculated to be
"Sitearea1/Sitearea2" but instead the original requesedt
pathlist was used.
Opened for release 7002

Local fix

  • Apply interim fix when available.

Problem summary

  • Unable to render a default content set to the top level sitearea
after CCF18 render /library/Sitearea1/ you will get a 404.

The pathlist for the default content is not being correctly
calculated after PM73838 that is included in CCF18.

Therefore the template mappings are pulled from the top level
site area only and may not include the necessary mappings from a
higher level.

Problem conclusion

  • The changes made for PM73838 were reversed.
