Error description

• The content assist for a COBOL statement fails when the COBOL
  statement has a string literal. Here is an example:
  
  IF S_VARIABLE = 'X'
  
  END-IF
  
  If you place the cursor in the line between IF and END-IF, and
  use the content assist (CTRL+space), no information is
  displayed.

Problem summary

• The content assist for a COBOL statement fails when the COBOL
  statement has a string literal. Here is an example:

  statement that contained string literals.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V8.5.1.1 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
