Error description

• When viewing dataset with a template, and option
  'Include only selected records' selected, receive the following
  messages:
  
   Storage limit reached (0 physical records read)
   Virtual storage full, records limited to 0

  *                      the editor does not load records into   *

  *                      or include only selected records type   *
  *                      of edit session.                        *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  The editor load routines consider that 1MB of remaining virtual
  storage is indicative of a shortage of virtual storage, without
  considering that users may choose a low limit close to this
  figure.
  

Problem conclusion

• File Manager has been updated in order to allow for low
  settings of virtual storage limits.
