Error description

• You are using IBM Rational Rhapsody 8 on Windows 7. You are in a
  SysML project and need to perform a Functional Analysis between
  2 blocks. You select the blocks and the do a right-click to
  access the Harmony toolkit. You select Merge Functional Analysis
  but get a dialog box:
  Please select a block to merge the Functional Analysis. And you
  are not able to do the analysis.
  
  Currently, there is no workaround for this defect.
