PM76392: PASSPHRASE CHANGE UPDATED IN ESM BUT FAILS TO PLACE NEW PHRASE IN VARIABLE T_PHRASE.

• Changing PASSPHRASE during RECONNECT correctly updates phrase in
  the ESM but variable t_phrase still contains previous value.

  When using the sign on exit ISZE21PH any changes to any
  passphrases after a reconnect do not work as intended.
  RACF is updated correctly with the new passphrase but
  the Session Manager variable t_phrase is not updated.
  Normal logons and updates to passwords are not affected.
  

Problem conclusion

• On a reconnect the original User information, which contains
  any passphrase, is reinstated. This caused any new passphrase
  entered on reconnect to be lost.
  This situation is now catered for.
