Error description

• Cursor jumps to position before the second last letter in the
  Tag field in Eclipse Client
  
  Defect was found in 4.0 but also reproducible in 4.0.0.1 client.
  
  - How to reproduce:
      1. Open a WI in the Eclipse Client, put the cursor in the
  Tags field
      2. Write two values separated with a space (eg. apar rfe)
      3. Wait for 1-2 secs,  a comma will be inserted and the
  cursor will jump right before the second last letter
  
  - What is:
  When the comma is inserted by the application the cursor is
  jumping after the second last letter of the text
  
  - What should be:
  The cursor should stay where the user has left it
